Step 2: Cutting and Positioning

The film we install on vehicles at Perfection Plus Auto Salon is cut in accordance to the specific dimensions and contours of whatever vehicle we are tasked with installing it on. This ensures a PERFECT fit, minimum waste, and a look that cannot be replicated. The paint protection film is then carefully positioned over the area to be protected following cutting, then applied with a slip solution to make it much easier to position the film correctly before it cures. This solution allows for small adjustments along the way, and guarantees the quality finish appearance of your vehicle.

Step 3: Film Application

Once the film is correctly positioned, it is time to adhere it to the vehicle's surface. This is typically done using a squeegee to both press out any air bubbles and ripples, but to ensure that it is truly bonding with your painted panels. The solution we use when applying the pieces to your vehicle activates the adhesive on the back of the film, and a seamless fit is what results. The edges are then trimmed if necessary and wrapped by our professional team.
