Perfection Plus Auto Salon Acknowledgment and Waiver

I hereby authorize Perfection Plus Auto Detailing to perform the requested and approved services listed in the attached work order on my vehicle. By approving or requesting the listed service(s), I release Perfection Plus Auto Detailing from any liability to my vehicle while in their possession. I agree to these terms electronically by approving any work order or agreeing to terms and conditions at online booking checkout. By electronically signing, I acknowledge and agree to the following terms regarding the detailing of my vehicle and the application of tint, paint protection film (PPF) or similar products.

Billing

• I agree to pay for all services performed upon completion of the work, prior to picking up my vehicle.
• I understand that if I cancel less than 72 hours before my appointment, I will forfeit my non-refundable deposit.
• I understand that I will be charged a 3% fee when using a credit card. Cash is accepted as well as check with proper form of ID.

Electronic Sensors and Components:

• I understand that my vehicle is equipped with electronic sensors, cameras, or other electronic components that may be located on or near areas where the film is applied. While Perfection Plus Auto Detailing will take all reasonable precautions, I also acknowledge:
• The application process may temporarily or permanently affect the functionality of these components.
• Perfection Plus Auto Detailing is not responsible for any damage, interference, or malfunction of these systems caused during or after the film application.

Pre-existing Conditions

• I confirm that the vehicle has been inspected and any pre-existing damage, wear, or malfunction of the paint, sensors, or other components has been documented prior to the application.
• Perfection Plus Auto Detailing is not liable for any issues that arise from pre-existing conditions.

Film Performance and Limitations

• Paint protection film is designed to reduce damage to the vehicle’s surface but cannot guarantee complete protection against all forms of damage.
• The film may not adhere properly to areas with aftermarket paint, prior damage, or improper paint repairs. Perfection Plus Auto Detailing is not responsible for adhesion issues in these circumstances.

Warranty and Maintenance

• Any warranty for the film is provided by the manufacturer, not Perfection Plus Auto Detailing.
• Proper maintenance of the film is required to ensure longevity and performance. Care instructions will be provided, and I understand failure to follow these instructions may void the warranty.

Release of Liability

• I release Perfection Plus Auto Detailing its employees, and representatives from all claims, liabilities, and damages, including but not limited to:
• Damage to electronic sensors, cameras, or components.
• Paint damage caused during the application or removal of the film.
• Any unforeseen issues resulting from the detailing of the vehicle, application of paint protection film or tint.

Customer Agreement

I confirm that I have read, understood, and agreed to the terms outlined above. I accept full responsibility for any risks associated with the detailing of my vehicle and the application of paint protection film, tint or similar products on my vehicle. By approving this work order or agreeing to terms and conditions at checkout during online booking I agree I am electronically signing this document.
